Automatic IT is currently working on several products to help our clients better manage their batch scheduling environments.

OpenVMS Extended Agent

Enterprise batch scheduling environments usually encompass a wide range of platforms, from z/OS, AIX, Linux, other common UNIX platforms, Windows, as well as some less common platform. Tivoli Workload Scheduler has a documented API that allow customers and business partners to develop solutions for platforms not currently supported by ITWS. Automatic IT has developed an extended agent that allow customers to include OpenVMS based system into their enterprise scheduling environments.  OpenVMS jobs can be managed in exactly the same way as jobs running on any other platform directly supported by Tivoli Workload Scheduler..

File Transfer Extended Agent

Informatica Extended Agent

Enterprise batch scheduling environments usually encompass a wide range of enterprise applications, from SAP, Oracle eBusiness, PeopleSoft, as well as many other common applications. Tivoli Workload Scheduler has a documented API that allows customers and business partners to develop solutions for platforms and applications not currently supported by ITWS.  Automatic IT has developed an extended agent that allow customers to include Informatica Workflows, Worklets, and tasks into their enterprise scheduling environments.  Informatica PowerCenter jobs can be managed in exactly the same way as jobs running on any other platform directly supported by Tivoli Workload Scheduler..  

The Informatica Extended Agent will be available in Q2 of 2010.

MSSQL Server Extended Agent

Enterprise batch scheduling environments usually encompass a wide range of enterprise applications, from SAP, Oracle eBusiness, PeopleSoft, as well as many other common applications. Tivoli Workload Scheduler has a documented API that allows customers and business partners to develop solutions for platforms and applications not currently supported by ITWS.  Automatic IT has developed an extended agent that allow customers to include Microsoft SQL Server jobs into their enterprise scheduling environments.  Microsoft SQL Server jobs can be managed in exactly the same way as jobs running on any other platform directly supported by Tivoli Workload Scheduler..  

The MSSQL Server Extended Agent will be available in Q3 of 2010.
